Cancellation Policy

1. Flexible Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal of the subscription on the next billing date (monthly or yearly).

2. Active Until Billing Period Ends

Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made. You will retain full access to all premium features, themes, custom vanity domains, and limits until the billing cycle expires. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

3. Downgrading to Free Tier

When the active paid billing cycle expires after a cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Tier. Any custom vanity URLs, premium themes, or extended link limits will be set to match the Free Tier configurations.
