1. Information We Collect

When you register on OneLink AI (developed by Team Vectonix), we collect account credentials (email address, password hashes managed securely via Supabase Auth), public profile details (display name, bio, avatar, occupation, location), uploaded documents (resumes, portfolios, certificates), and analytics metrics related to link clicks.

2. Data Storage & Security

Your uploaded files (PDF resumes, certificate credentials, and portfolio media) are stored securely using encrypted Supabase Storage buckets with strict Row Level Security (RLS). Profile owners maintain exclusive editing and deletion rights over their assets.

3. Public Visibility & Direct Messages

Public profile information, published projects, and active resumes are accessible on your custom profile URL (onelink.ai/[username]). Visitor messages submitted via the in-site Direct Chat module are encrypted and accessible only by you in your private Dashboard Inbox.

4. Data Deletion & Rights

You reserve full control to edit or delete any project, file, or profile attribute at any time from your dashboard. To request permanent account erasure, contact Team Vectonix at support@vectonix.tech.
