By creating a profile, logging in, or using any feature on OneLink AI (developed by Team Vectonix), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (managed securely via Supabase Auth) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to upload malicious code, distribute copyright-infringing assets, publish illegal content, or impersonate other individuals or entities on your profile.

3. Subscription Plans

OneLink AI offers free and paid subscription plans (Pro & Premium). Each plan grants different levels of storage, theme selections, analytics access, and customizable URLs. Details about features and limits are specified on our Pricing page, and we reserve the right to modify plan benefits or pricing with prior notification.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle. All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. By upgrading your account, you authorize recurring billing to your selected payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automatic renewals.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

Team Vectonix reserves the right to moderate, suspend, or terminate accounts and delete associated profiles immediately, without notice, if we find any violation of our acceptable use guidelines, fraudulent payment activities, or behavior that threatens platform integrity.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full intellectual property rights and ownership over all resumes, projects, graphics, and text that you upload to your profile. By making your profile public, you grant OneLink AI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, index, render, and display your page globally.

7. Limitation of Liability

OneLink AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Team Vectonix, its team members, and affiliates do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
